Shipping Information

* Prices quoted on our price list are for delivery in the U.S.A. only. Please inquire about shipping outside the U.S.A.

* Personal message card and care instructions are included in all boxes.

* All our products are agriculturally inspected and certified for shipping anywhere within the United States. Orders to California may be subjected to agricultural inspection which may delay arrival.

* We ship via FedEx. We will select the mode of shipment what will assure the fastest delivery. From shipping date, orders take three to four days to arrive. Faster service is available for an additional cost.

* To ensure a specific arrival date, we would like to have your order seven days in advance. We may require more time for special holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.

* Please double check your shipping address. A $10.00 additional charge will be billed to you for address corrections made by our delivery courier.

* We reserve the right to substitute flowers or colors of equal or greater value when necessary. Every attempt will be made to contact you first.

* Our Guarantee!
We guarantee that your flowers will arrive in good condition. We must be notified within 10 days of any problems. We have the right to delay departure of orders during unfavorable weather conditions at the destination. During winter months, additional charges for insulation may be required when necessary. Refusal by the customer to allow this insulation or delays caused by incorrect address information will void our guarantee.
